Our crews can have your existing old roof removed and hauled away the very next day. All nails are pulled, plywood surfaces are broom swept, as well as the sidewalks and driveway, and all gutters are shop vac cleaned.
Our standard specs for a 25 year roof are the following:
- Ice and water shield along eaves and valleys
- “Wide Profile” drip edging
- Counter flashing and chimneys
- New vent pipe collars
- 30LB felt paper underlayment
- Ridge vent – metal & low profile roll vent
- Architectural or 3 Tab asphalt shingles
Our Project Managers review all colors and manufacturer’s specs with the client before a final choice is made.
